Engineering Products Division exclusively offers the 'after-sales support' to the products handled by Plant Section, Lease & Hire Section and Oil, Gas & Safety Section.

This Division has an excellent Spare Parts Warehouse facility with full-fledged on-line computerized inventory control system to handle effectively the supply of Spare Parts.

Engineering Products Division has fully equipped workshop facility to service within and beyond the warranty terms/period of all equipment handled by Plant Equipment Section. Services include; on-time Field Services, Preventive Maintenance Contracts including basic users training to plant's maintenance staff. Service & Application Engineering Staff provide experienced application assistance to customer's request repairs.

The Oil, Gas & Safety section handles Servicing of Fire Extinguishers, Gas Detection Equipments and Breathing Apparatus. The Section is also giving Basic Training on Breathing Appratus to PDO, ROP, MOD and other Drilling Contractors. It is manned by a team of factory trained service personnel and backed by a fully equiped Service Center at Ruwi. A well maintained inventory of spare parts for Safety & Fire Equipment ensures the team can respond quickly to any service need.

The service center is also Equipped & Supervised by a Drager Trained Technican to handle Calibration services for Drager Gas Detection Instruments.
