In its endeavour to make MHD LLC one of the Best Workplaces in Oman, MHD LLC has a very sound and robust “people development” approach whereby all new employees have to go through a formal orientation process, training needs are identified and implemented, a structured performance management system has been formulated and performance based rewards are granted on an annual basis. There is direct interaction between the top management and ALL EMPLOYEES in the group once a year when each & every employee is provided with an opportunity to express his views and concerns freely.
Rewards: At the end of the financial year, Best Employee of the Year in each division / company is identified based on a very structured assessment process and the winners are awarded with a certificate and cash prize. The award is presented by the Managing Director at a grand ceremony attended by all the Directors, General Managers, other senior members of the management team and their spouses. The spouses of the winners are also invited.

MHD LLC has a full fledged in-house Training Center management by qualified and competent Trainers. Regular training on Technical as well as Soft Skills are conducted . Annual Training Calendar is formulated and circulated to all divisions / companies in the group. Apart from need based training identified by the division heads, employees are also encouraged to express their own training needs. Depending upon the number of participants and division head’s recommendation, employees are nominated for the training programme.

Employees are also sent for training to Principals on various technical skill development programmes.

Based on Competence, performance and contribution towards achieving targets & objectives, Job Enrichment is done & Upgradation / Promotions are granted. High Performers are identified and “fast track” growth opportunities are provided to them. MHD LLC has a well structured hierarchy.

Annual Plans and Budgets for all divisions & companies within the group are formulated every year by December and progress is reviewed every month.At the end of the year, the Best Performing Division / Company is identified and a Trophy is presented to the winner at a grand ceremony.

Sultanate of Oman is a geographically diverse country of mountainous uplands, deserts and expansive coastlines. Omanis are a friendly and tolerant people. In Muscat, the capital of Oman, there are Churches and Hindu Temples. There are no restrictions on attires as long as the attire is modest and dignified.

All kinds of food are available. There are vegetarian Indian restaurants like “Sarvana Bhavan” and “Dasaprakasha” & at the same time all international chain of restaurants & fast foods like Mcdonald, KFC, Pizza Hut, etc. can be seen at every nook and corner.
