The Service department maintains adequate stocks levels of spare parts based on the equipment supplied by the respective sales department. Stocks are maintained at Ghala Warehouse & Ruwi-Workshop.

This department undertake preventive maintenance service and also provide breakdown maintenance service for each of the machines/equipment supplied.

This department also takes care of warranty service support to be offered for the equipment supplied by the respective sales department of PBMD.
