The after sales service for Tyres & Batteries Division is provided by a pool of trained factory professionals and is available from all the outlets of the Division. The Division is supported by Michelin Technical Representatives resident in Oman to facilitate prompt on-site technical assistance to Michelin users. They provide comprehensive recommendation to fleet owners on all types of Michelin tyres, viz-a-viz type of tyres to be fitted, inflation pressures to be maintained and other preventive maintenance functions. “Safe and Cost Effective Mobility” is the motto of the Division, which is achieved by selling quality products and backed by professional after sales service. The Division conducts various training programs and seminars in the following areas for the benefit of it’s clients.
